Follow up with US insurance payers on outstanding claims, work denials, and keep our clients' revenue moving. You are the reason a clinic's money arrives.
What we look for
1–4 years in US healthcare AR calling; solid grasp of denial codes and payer follow-up; clear spoken English; comfortable with US-shift hours.
This role is based at our office in India, working with clients across time zones.
